The City's online portal was updated on December 20, 2024. It is supported by Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Safari. You cannot use Mozilla Firefox to complete an online payment.

There are several convenient ways for you to pay your bill.

- Pay in person at City Hall, 15 N. 3rd Ave. at 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Mon-Fri.
- Pay via drop box on North 3rd Avenue between The Marcus Whitman Hotel and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers building.

Permit Lookup
Customers previously were able to check on building permits after logging into their utility portal. However, due to a recent software conversion, the permit lookup link is no longer available. If you need permit information, please contact the Development Services Department at 509.524.4710 or permits@wallawallawa.gov.
