Everyone who needs access to permit and/or land use files will need to create an account. All contractors, including sub-contractors, associated with permitted projects must register in this new system and include their contractor license number assigned by Labor & Industries (L&I).

We no longer accept any printed documents, although documents up to 11" x 17" in size can be scanned for you to create a pdf document. You are now required to attach electronic copies (PDF format only) of all plans and project documents using the new permit portal system.
