Walla Walla County is in Phase 2 of Governor Inslee’s Safe Start Plan.  Phase 2 permits all construction activities, including new work.  Prior to commencing work, all contractors are required follow and implement the guidance issued for Phase 2 Construction.

In accordance with City Council’s emergency declaration, City offices are closed to the public until further notice. Development Services is continuing to operate; however, our lobby is closed during this time. You can find permit applications here. If you would like to pay by debit or credit card, please submit complete applications with required documents via email to permits@wallawallawa.gov. We accept debit and credit card payments by telephone.  If you would like to pay by check, please submit complete applications with required documents and your payment by mail to 55 E Moore Street, Walla Walla WA 99362.  Pre-application meetings will continue via phone or web conferencing. Building inspections will continue. If you have questions, please call 509-524-4710.
