Welcome to the Development Services Department. Development Services is responsible for the following programs:

• Building and Land Use Permitting
• Business Licensing
• Comprehensive Long Range Planning

Development Services is also responsible for environmental protection, including SEPA (State Environmental Policy Act), critical area and shoreline regulations, signs, and annexations.

• Planning Commission
• Historic Preservation Commission
