🎬 City Update video for June 26, 2020

Post Date:06/26/2020 3:00 PM

We filmed today’s City Update video at the sadly empty Memorial Pool.

1️⃣ Nabiel Shawa brings the latest COVID information from Unified Command (please note: 151 is the overall number of positive tests, not the active case count, which is 28) and tells the origins of the current active cases — 75% are from local residents traveling out of the county and bringing the coronavirus back here.

2️⃣ (2:55) Council Member Steve Moss talks about a resolution the Council passed this week that encourages mask-wearing in public

3️⃣ (4:47) Aquatics Coordinator Morgan Rauch describes the plans for opening Memorial Pool and explains what will happen once we’re authorized to move into a modified or full Phase 3.
