On Tuesday, July 15, Taumarson Road between Plaza Way and Pepper Bridge Road closed to traffic. Construction is underway between Havstad Drive and Morning Glory Lane, including roadway demolition and roundabout installation. The contractor continues stormwater installation in the open field between Highland and SR-125.

The Myra Road South Extension Project will extend Myra Road from its present endpoint at SR-125 south to Taumarson Road, linking the south Walla Walla area with US-12 and providing direct access to over 50 acres of commercial and residential zoned vacant land south of SR-125.
